In 2000 Cà dell’Alpe attended and successfully passed the course held by the Coelachia Italian Association (AIC) for gluten-free cooking; today it boasts a ten-year long experience in this field and it is mentioned in the national AIC guide for gluten free restaurants..

Cà dell’Alpe wants to offer its guests a gluten free cooking not less than the traditional one. The products we serve come from our garden, those we buy are recommended by the AIC handbook. Furthermore, if you have the chance to book the lunch or the dinner in advance (1-2 days), you will find homemade gluten free pasta, bread and cakes.
