View from the mountains to the sea
The cooking has the typical taste of the Ligurian hinterland. The dishes are realized with our own products and with those coming from the farmers of the nearby area. Homemade fresh pasta (ravioli and tagliolini), sliced ham and salami, cheese, focacce and omelettes, Ligurian style rabbit and mixed bbq, season fuits and vegetables, bread and homemade cakes are only few of the dishes you can savour at Cà dell’Alpe. Everything is flavoured and served with oil and wine from our olive trees and vineyards. Lunches, dinners or snacks always with the biggest care in quality, in order to discover again the original tastes – among these, also the pleasure to have a meal altogether! ..
